Lollipop technique

The lollipop technique is a cannabis training method where lower growth and smaller branches are removed, leaving the plant shaped like a lollipop—bare at the bottom and bushy at the top. This directs the plant’s energy toward the main upper colas that receive the most light, improving airflow, reducing disease risk, and producing larger, denser buds. Lollipopping is often combined with other training methods like SCROG for maximum effectiveness.
