Mid-flower training

Mid-flower training refers to techniques applied once cannabis plants have entered the flowering stage, typically around weeks 3–5. It can include defoliation, branch repositioning, or light pruning to improve airflow, expose bud sites, and enhance light penetration. While more limited than vegetative training, careful mid-flower adjustments help reduce mold risk, prevent overcrowding, and optimize bud quality without overly stressing the plant.
