UV-B light

Ultraviolet-B (280–315 nm) is a high-energy wavelength in the light spectrum. In cannabis, controlled UV-B exposure may increase trichome density and cannabinoid/terpene production as a protective response to stress. However, excessive exposure can damage plant tissues, making proper intensity and duration essential in cultivation strategies that incorporate UV-B supplementation.
