gn hs1 faulty

Lighting HS1 Dead :(
Got home last night to check the tent and found one of my :GN: Hs1s to be off, switched it off and back on again around 4-5 leds lit up for all of 2 seconds and straight back of again did this repeatedly however after 3-4 attempts it didn't even light up at all, anyone experienced this? Thanks...
