Lighting 200w cfl coverage and distance

200w cfl is fine.... keep it further away from seedlings at first then move it closer as the veg.... look out for leaves curling up at edges trying to loose heat. Someone mentioned 10cm which is about what I had on mine.....
Also I wish I went for multiple cfls as Im having a headache trying to get a 300w single to cover plants.... if its just one plant a single bulb os alright but i think with cfls its more bulbs per more plants. Good luck.

200W for 60x60cm -therefore micro- IMO is overkill but you can use if you don't have heat issues inside cabin.
I'm growing in a 50x50x50cm box and use 3x24Ws and it seems more than enough.

I have been growing with cfl for years soon will move to leds when have the extra money. anyhow i do full grow with 350watt and have had some nice harvest. if you only have one plant the 200watt till day 30 would be plenty and cfl as close as you can without burning usually 3 inch is ok for my 40watts. also like someone mentioned get multiple 26watt and putting above and around would give more light coverage as cfl only penetrates like 5inch i believe. I mix 6500k and 2700k I have 7 42watt and 2 26watt. 160 watts above,the rest I have circling plant and get great coverage.
