Lighting 200w Citizen @ 24" from seedling and 50% power?

Is the figures in the title a good distance/power when lighting 2 weeks old seedlings in soil?

Ive kept them at 40% and 40cm and doing ok so far but start to see some slight tacoing on one edge of the leafs. Raised the lights to the above numbers.

At the moment my lights are 40” above @100% each day I am dropping them down 1-2”. I haven’t seen a stretch yet but the seedlings are only 4 days old.

My light is 100W. 2 COBs spaced 12” apart center to center
