New Grower 2nd Grow - Think Different leaves curling inward @ day 9

Hey guys, the title says it all. Trying to figure out what is going on here. Here are my grow details:

1x Think Different auto

150W HPS
4x 26W CFL @ 6500K

3 gallon smartpot
50% OF
50% Perl te
3 tbsp dolomite lime

Spring water calibrate at ~6.8 PH and ~30ppm
1ml / gallon RapidStart
1ml / gallon Diamond Nectar

I think that's all the important details. Pics show the story. Any ideas?
