Lighting 2x Hs1 - DP Bam, WW, Blackberry Kush & FastBuds GSC

Hi, been a while since I've grown, had the hs1's in the closet waiting for 6 months, moved to a new apartment, inspections etc.. So the moment arrived to start a new grow. The plants were like 3 days old when my son noticed purple light coming from under the bedroom closet door(wife left the bedroom door open) and ofcourse my son decided to investigate like any 8 year old would. Long story short, it was dads bitcoin mining pc which was illegal and dad would get rid of it so no trouble would come(he didnt look inside the tent) I didnt want to put the pressure of keeping such a secret and live in fear of the popos. I got a new spot to move them (good thing they were only seedlings, very easy to move them to a new location) But there were some problems with the new enviroment; very low temps and super dry. :/ so I put a 400w hps to get the temps up. And it worked, but it put the humidity even more down to about 25% ive gotten it to stay steady at around 30-35% by having a wet towel in the tent and near the intake. I know its not perfect but it's the best I can do right now. I feel like the plants are little behind where they should be. Anyway my setup and couple pictures.

4x4 Tent
400w hps (its off right now and probably gonna stay off. Since the weathers gotten pretty hot)
15L airpots
Tang's AN schedule

Temps 26-28c
Humidity 30-35%

Any tips or advice is welcome. Any ideas how far behind they are? Also the bam had some weird stains on it, if someone knows what it is, heres a pic:

I would give them another 5 or 10 days bro until, they have stopped stretching and have buds coming through.

Day 31 update

Growing good, bam has some weird rustspots on it, so I upped the calmg to 2ml/l, hope it does some good. Blackberry has some tip curl, I think its the low rh..

Wish I could take then out of the tent for better pictures, but too much cat hair, not worth it lol.

Is the rust cal def? And should I keep giving calmg at 2ml/l or can it hurt the plants? Thanks.
