New Grower 3 plant DWC SCRoG... pick my 3rd strain for me

Wasn't having much luck getting my seeds to germ.
Then a Dutch Passion Think Different sprouted, it's been going strong for about 4 days, closely followed by another DP Think Different.
Two more DP Think Differents have just germed and some seeds that I gave up on just germed tonight as well... they are; a Delicious Seeds LA Diva, and a Vision Seeds White Widow.

I'm running a 3 pot setup in a DWC bucket (50 litres / 13 gal reservoir) with tons of oxygen being pumped in by two decent sized air pumps. The 3 plants share the one reservoir (pic below).

Do I make it a Think Different only grow? or throw an LA Diva or White Widow into the 3rd spot..?

The two think differents will be run in the back two pots, and the 3rd (whichever it is) will go in the front pot. I'm keen to try the TD's, but wouldn't mind putting something different in there as well for variety, and to give it a grow test to see if I want to do it again..

Thoughts?

Why not throw in the La Dive just for comparison? It would make an interesting grow. I'll be following it with interest. I like your setup also!

might do that pop22... That's was actually what I wanted to do originally, but the LA Diva has taken around 16 days to germ so not too confident with it.

Also, how do they go with nutes? I know the TD's are pretty hungry but have read that LA Diva's are a bit sensitive... Not sure how it'll go sharing the same res.. U reckon it will go ok?

Different strains will all require different nutrients. Think different is a very hungry strain. I would only grow think different in that res. Adding another strain to the mix will likely mean you will have to choose which plants suffer and don't get what they need. If one of them is sensitive to nutes it's going to get fried, while your TD s may still be hungry

My personal experience is nonexistent, but I've been following probably the best DWC grower on youtube, HygroHybrid. And I've seen him run multiple strains all with the exact same nutrients/ppms and this guy grows a pound a plant more often than not! Heck, I've seen him grow 2 different strains in the same pot and get killer results. His videos are my reason to start into this using DWC. So if you needs assured results, maybe its not a good choice, but if your feeling daring, give it a try and we will all learn something! :Sharing One:
