New Grower 3 week old plants using a 250w light?

@Texasbrad had it correct my friend. How boss your tent and how many girls you have in what size pots?
Ya how large is your tent? Also I would get a vented 600w. I am running one and it is a huge difference compared to my 250W HPS. I am growing in closet though as I have not got a tent yet. I would not get a 600 unless it was in a vented hood though. If your trying to get 1/4lb autos the 600 is a good choice. Also my buds are denser under my 600 compared to my 250. My 250 is not vented though. I keep a fan pointed at the light to cool it which dose pretty well but my vented hood for my 600 is way better as I can just direct the unwanted heat were I want it to go. You know you could also step up to a 400 instead of a 600. I feel 400 is were you start to get some good bud density. The 250 dose ok but the 600 has denser buds and a 400 will too.
I grow organic so I can't tell ya. When I was using bottled nuted and if the pot I started in was around 1/2 gallon or larger I usually fed at week 3, around the time the first pre flower. I water by weight tell I transplant. To a large pot. You will get a feel for it. Once in the large pot I usually let soil dry tell top 1/2" of soil is dry.
