She looks real healthy but should be a little bigger at that age.Are you feeding her any nutes and if so what brand and what dosage.

Suggestion 1, run the led light at full spectrum. Suggestion 2, run the led light full time if you have no budget problems or electrical issues. What is the current canopy?

How close is that light and 3 watt or 5 ?
I keep my lights about 18 inches to 2 ft. during growth and that's 3 watt.
A little further away might make her stretch alittle more.

Ask in led section but i would move your light about 2 ft from your tops.
