Does the duel spectrum mean it possesses the appropriate light for both veg and flowering stages?

i just use the cheap sunmaster/sylvania one and switch out regular
sonagro 430w is also an option
it does not matter that much plants will still grow in veg regardless I have not tried the expensive ones

if money is no object horti eye gets good reviews

It's a hps bulb that has alot more blue spectrum in it, I'v heard alot of good about them...It's just that for now 65.00$ is't in my budget........but I did find a WATTAGE HOUSE 400W PREMIUM SUPER HPS BULB LAMP ENHANCED SPECTRUM GROW LIGHT 400 for 29.95 we'll see how it last.......
