Hello there folks
this is my third grow ever and my first time growing memphisto 2 LH- 2 pink livers- 1 samsqache og
as you can see in the picture the plants are too bushy, I tried to remove few leaves here and there during veg, and used LST, but was worried ill stress them, as you can see now it's week 7 and they're too bushy, should I defoliate even though they're flowering or just let them be?

also I'm using sono farm 4000, very similar to spider farmer 4000 in 4x4 tent, while growing 5 plants in 3 gallon pots, should I add my older viparspectra 900 to maybe use the red light switch alone or both on to help out with the flowering or is it already enough.

They look good to me! You could take some inner leaves and lower budsites if you wanted for airflow, but don't strip them bare or anything.
it won't stress them at this stage? I already did a little at early flower stage, I'm new to growing so never came across bushy plants as these and Im gonna do the same grow after this one, so trying to learn from my mistakes for a better grow next time

I'm sitting on the bed eyeballing my girl in early flower that I just moved to the 4x4. I may find my camcorder and do a video of spreading her out. She's got wider node spacing than yours does, but it would be the same concept. She's 31 days and I haven't done any training besides topping between the 4th and 5th node. You could try lifting/dimming the light a bit to see if you can get them to stretch just a little bit, not sure if they will that far in.

All my plants are bushy till I train them or defoliate or pull them apart. I don't know what day you are at but they can stretch some yet as well. A lot of them will stretch there way out of it.

I defoil my mephs usually the second week of flower making sure all my bud sights get direct light. Depending on how tall they get I’ll pull the main right over as well, mephs take the abuse extreme well !!!
