It's growing just very slow it seems. Here is a plant of mine today at 28 days old. But I grow dwc hydroponics. She was vegged for 3 weeks under 4 bulb 4 foot t5 light and switched to 1000 watt hps eye hortilux bulb for flowering a week ago.

But as far as your question, I'd say its based on genetics. What strain is it? Soil tends to grow slower than coco or hydro but I've seen some amazing grows online in biobizz lightmix by autobeast on this forum. What kind of soil are you using? Light mix soils are preferred by indoor growers, or others add perlite to there soil. Coco is easier and more forgiving than hydroponics and much faster growth than soil. Less likely to get bugs or root rot (pythium) in coco coir. Hydroponics has fastest growth but hardest to master and its not so forgiving as soil. Soil is most forgiving.

What lighting do you have. How far is your light from your plant. What strain and what nutrients. What soil. How often are you feeding and watering cuz your soil is dry in the picture. Answer all those and you'll get more help and advice from myself or others

I'm used ph perfect advanced nutes micro grow and bloom, also cal mag bud candy and big bud all quarter strength at first just gave them half str last week next was gonna give a full feeding, in 5 gal fabric pots using fox farm ocean forest mixed with some coco and perlite, I feed once a week I water a little bit every day trying not to over water on my first grow figured if they was under watered ever they'd let me know. As far as strain it's either gorilla Glue or Northern lights not sure as I got plants mixed up

I veg mine under t5 lighting. Cheaper to run and blue light. Which plants love to veg. That might be a good flower led but you can get a cheap 4 bulb on Amazon for under 100 bucks. Mine was like 70 or 80 range only for a 4 foot 4 bulb t5. I veg a few weeks under that until they start flowering then they stretch under my 1000 watt hps which is a orangeish reddish light to help them bloom. Not sure which brand led your using but cheap ones can be a rip off too. Your soil might be too compact. So your roots can't grow. Not sure if that soil is ph balanced for your nutes or not. Biobizz lightmix is a ph balanced soil and enough food for the first 3 weeks. Seriously follow @autobeast hes a good soil grower
