New Grower 5th day since planting the seed

Not an uncommon issue, soil settled... if, there is plenty of stem, you can gently add soil to bring the level up, adding it around your little one. Did that with a couple girls on my current grow... not that it would have been an issue, but for me it's visually annoying to see my pots at different levels.

I protect the seedling with my hand as I add soil around to bring it up to the level I want. Burying a portion of the stem will cause roots to grow from that area, so adding an inch or so of soil is fine. You don't want to bury the girl, just raising the lever closer to the rounded leaves. Shouldn't cause any burn, unless the soil your adding is high to begin with, I'd assume that if your using the same soil that you used originally, there should be no change.

Should I lower the lights . The seedling looks like it's stretching or is it the soil I have to full alittle bit
I don't really consider that seedling to be terribly stretched. Before I switched to cobs, I started my mass built led lights at 30" and would roll down over a week or two depending on stretch, settling somewhere in the range of 18" - 24" for the duration.

Looks ok Janga!

As Arthur says you can build up a little or let her go.
