its really difficult to pick a favourite, they are all my babies after all, and all bring something slightly different to the table.

the smoke really impressed us. We had of course smoked samples through each generation and knew we were on the right track, but the end result was very satisfying.
My tolerance isn't super high, but tim being the number one tester (read: hard to please) was impressed too.
we had samples tested of everything other than hubbabubbasmelloscope (my bad) and the results were better than expected. See the thread in our forum.
