Not too informed on lighting myself but cfls aint ideal for budding as far as I know good for vegging but nit for building great buds it won't hurt to put it in there but I dont think you will see the difference with the extra 80watts im my opinion is the light you are talking about the true watts being 260 a led if so this will have much more intense light that cfl id look into getting another one if you want to boost flower or have you seen cobs yet pretty cheap if you build the light yourself would be perfect for what you're talking aboutI am not familiar with how lights affect growing. I am using full spectrum 600 watt (260) true watts.
I have a dual bulb CFL setup, each are 40 watt full spectrum bulbs.

You might consider growing with the light on "full spectrum" start to finish. I used to run my mass built led lights that way until I switched to autocobs. I liked the results from 24/7 light.
