That does not look ready to me, but can you give a picture of the whole plant? That might help a little better.

What sort of effect are you looking for?
Do you have something to check if any of the trichs are starting to get cloudy?
A lot of folks here wait for the leaves on Autos to yellow before they chop since the trichs on some autos never amber
