Hi guys , i'm an almost first time grower. recently got myself a small growtent and started 4 White widow AF . Germination went really well , planted them directly into the 11 L pots in Biogreen grow medium.
First 2 weeks i have overwatered them and had some small algy on the medium.

Also i did not have a PH meter the first 3 to 4 weeks and a lack of the circulation fan. So after everything i have been reading and researching , i think i have a nutrient block? I'm guessing a calmag prob?

I changed my watering to a ph 5.9 but only a fiew days ago.
I'ld love to get som feedback on your ideas and what i can do to improve.

Thanks in advance and any tips or advice more then welcome!

Your Equipment:

.3) Reflector type? (cool tube set-up, bat wing, enclosed reflector, bare bulb...)
Hamer reflector ?
.4) Is there a consistent fresh air supply?
Yes and no , i have no direct intake of outside air as it would be to cold , i draft intake trough my bedroom sliding window with a natural flow going from outside trough the room to warm up intake air to around 19 celcius ( 66F)
.5) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan?
185m3 inline exhaust fan cimbined with 150m3 coalfilter and 15 W clipfan.
.6) What are the bulb wattages, kelvin ratings, and schedule?

.7) Specific brand and type of soil, (coco, peat based soilless...) and anything you've added to it. (vermiculite, perlite, worm castings...)
Biogreen growmix , no additives
.8) Size of container.
11L
Your nutrients and water:
.9) Source of water. (tap or filtered) What's it's ph?
Started out with normal tapwater ( ph 7.6) for first weeks ,
Since 2 days regulated tapwater with nuts at around 5.9 PH
10) Method of checking water ph. (ph pen, test strips, aquarium test kit...)
Bluelab PH pen
11) Method of adjusting water ph. (phosphoric acid, white vinegar, hydrated lime, PH Up...)
Canna PH - pro ( only since 3 days now)
12) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages (quantity per gallon) and current feeding schedule.
B,cuzz 1 component
APTUS: Startbooster, Topbooster, Regulator, Super-PK, K-Boost, en CaMg-Boost
At the moment just started week 5.
On 1.32 Gallons ( 5 L) , 9 ml B,cuzz 1 component , 0.75 Ml regulator , 0.75 ml startbooster , 1 ml Camg boost every 3 days
13) How often are you watering between feedings, and how much per watering?
One day feeding , one day watering without. about 0.092 Gallons? ( 0.3 L) per day.
14) Any additives or tea's? (Superthrive, CalMag, molasses, Mother's Earth...)
No addtives
15) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate?
Last Soil PH measured : 6.4
16) What is your ingoing water's ph? ...your runoff ph?
First weeks at 7.6 ( only water no nuts) , last 3 days 5.9 with nuts.
17) Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you spray?
No foliar feed

Your growroom:
18) Indoors or outdoors?

Lights of : 64F to 68F / around 50%
21) Have you seen signs of insects in the growroom?
No

Your strain:
22) What strain are you growing? (Indica dominate or Sativa dom?)
White widow ,Sativa: 40% Indica: 40% Ruderalis: 20%
23) Is this an photoperiod strain?
I honestly wouldnt know
24) How old is the plant?
Just started week 5 ( pics at 4.5) starting from germination.
25) In what life-cycle is it? Vegetative, pre-flowering, flowering, rippening?

It's an auto, the ruderalis is what makes it an autoflower

Could you tell me the size of the floor of the tent in inches?

The plants look reasonably healthy to me, maybe I am missing something.
Those little white thingys are the beginning of flowering.

Hi Late , thanks for the info. Perhaps i should be a little more specific.
The tent is fairly small as i didnt have more room , 23.62 inch on 23.62 on 59.06inch.
I think for a first time it could have been worse , but there are fiew issues i'm strugling with. If looking at the pictures... the large bottem leaves aswell as higher big leaves show signs of what i think is calmag deficiency ? Aswell the new topleaves on 2 plants develeped yellow tips and are somewhat curly in some places.
I have struggled with the PH , so i'm not sure if i'm overfeeding or underfeeding or if there is a need to flush since i have been giving them 7.6 PH water for about 4 weeks.
And thanks for noticing , all 4 plants already showing signs of flowering. But as aspected ( feminised seeds).

This would be a good time to increase the CalMag, typically.

That doesn't look like overfeeding to me.

I would add some CalMag, and then tell us what happened.
We'll do one change at time, til we get there.

Btw, once flowering gets going, the plant will get hungry for more nutes.

So i have increased the basic nuts a little bit and i increased my calmag and i guess now its gonna be a waiting game for a couple of days then.
The plants sure do take in water and seem to be growing still well. The 2 smallest plants seem to be fairly happy and look quiet well i think. But the biggest plant ( 2 times the size of the smallest) despite still growing and showing a healthy increase of water intake still shows no real sign of improvement. There is also a couple of leaves that seem to be getting worse. Now it does happen to be exactly and only in the place where my clipfan is blowing directly on them.
Perhaps its possible that i need to make a seperate waterfeed for the biggest plants as logic would imply it needs more nuts then the smaller plants?
Will update in a day or 2 to see how they progress.

That tent is small for 4 plants. I have the same tent in the 2x4x5 size, and have 3 plants in mine.
One large, 2 babies. One of them is prob gonna be male so in a couple weeks it will be 2 plants.
About the time the small ones flowers, it should be close to chopping time for the big one.
I'd suggest doing something similar. Start a plant, a month(ish) later start another.
The girls look great, those are minor issues, still looks better than mine.

I'm indeed starting to notice that my tent is a little small for 4 plants. sounds like a good idea but arent you going to get problems with stretching on the smaller plants as the light would be to high ? I do like your input though , i'll def consider it for my next growth. As for now i think i might simply have to trim a couple of leaves .
Big thanks for all the help , its been most usefull!

Whats your exhaust fan if i can ask? I ask because i do have a 600w HPS lying around myself , But i've read that if you put in a 600W you should also have a 600m3 exhaust?
So i'm a little afraid to put in my 600W combined on a 185M3 exhaust?

I have a 4 inch CanFan s400
Can Fan CF340100 Can S 400 Fan (400 CFM)
It's a good fan, quiet and strong.

If you aren't running CO2 about 50 watts/sq ft is good.
600 watts into 4 is 150 watts/sq ft. Overkill. You might try running a Flourowing
with the HPS. It's cheap, and I've done 2 grows with just the CFL, it works.

My HPS bulb has seen some use, got it used,so it's output is reduced, and I am using a magnetic
ballast, and I think they put out a little less than a digital.

In any case, I think it's too much, and plan on getting a 400 watt digital ballast.
Should save some money as well.
