Yep , it’ll grow . The quantum boards are copied, but if they use Samsung leds & meanwell drivers they should work great. As far as the cobs (cxb3590) they grow awesome, but they are dated. Try Luminous .

I have had my eye on the same light. Please let us know your experience if you order. Those look to be exactly what you would want.

Just ordered a light from AliExpress, 3 Cree CSB3590 with a Honeywell driver.
Has removable indivudal reflectors, not the lens type.
Will run over about 4.5 sq ft, 3' x 1.5', should work okay.
Hope it'll arrive in the next few days...
