New Grower alittle advice on what would benifit me more

as all who know me know I like growing outside,but I acquired a 400 hps with a year old bulb.my question is this---I have plants 3 or 4 weeks out of chopping.if I put under the 400 the rest of the grow--would I increase yeald by a noticeable difference.?the light would run 24/0---I don't want to stunt girls

I would suggest 20 hours, your plants will rest for 4 hours even with the light on.
What are you doing for nutes, do you have a bloom booster?

Are you talking about bring outside plants indoors? Are they in pots?

Ive done that a few times in the past with little shock or stuning at 18 hours.But Ive also done 12/12 from late fall when flowering was going on too with very little effect as well.Hope that helps ya bro.I never run anything over 18 but thats me.18 or 12 worked for me.
