The simple question is how do I raise the power of the driver. What do i need to do exactly? I understand theres a few screws inside the driver. Which ones do i turn? Which way do i turn them? And how do i measure what im doing? Thanks people.

There is a rubber grommet over a hole. Inside the hole is a screw. Clockwise cranks it up.
