This thread is intended to implant an idea in days when innefficient electricity conversion (into light) wastes a lot of power as nuisance heat, while i suspect perhaps that very same heat should be exploited to rationalize energy consumption and keep our cultivation spaces well tempered 24 h/d. The concept has resulted in caravan devices not very different from what was actually achieved in an era with no electricity around...

So here's my web search suggestion to provide the reader with some starting point:

Now i'm not even confident this is viable in principle, yet what do you think?



Can a lamp also drive a passive chilling/refrigeration system??

Maybe it's never been publicized just because that has already failed before and hence there's no trace left of related discussions, etc. whatever. I dunno! There were no results when i searched on AFN including via Google, which is why i must address the community, hoping to find out!

Go wonder, what if it might be made more affordable/practical/accessible (and rational) than we would ever imagine...

Ammonia.....the smallest leak will kill any plants in the vicinity, particularly in a closed space.

Personally i can appreciate the idea of being able to inter-mix various heat sources, including sunlight apparently.

Hummm... Butane can kill too and yet i inhale the products of its burning reaction routinely using my pipe. As for anything in life caution is always a valid idea IMO!

Yeah i pass on any device that can leak ammonia. . That will endanger people animals beans in location. .
