Yes, technically, more frequent burping would speed up the curing. How much and whether that would provide the benefit you're looking for is uncertain.
Most of the time, the focus is on preventing THC loss. But, as the THC degrades to CBN, the overall cannabinoid profile changes, which can affect the overall high. Whether that improves the high or not can be complicated, but can also be subjective and a matter of personal preference.
By burping more frequently, you'd be replenishing the oxygen in the jars, which would promote oxidation degradation of THC into CBN. That could mellow out the high for you. It could also eliminate any real buzz if you overdo it. I'm not sure how much oxidation contributes compared to normal decomposition over time, so it may not significantly speed things along (assuming the THC/CBN ratio is what's causing the harshness of the high for you).
The drawbacks would be possible over-drying (which your boveda should help prevent) and additional terpene loss. Terpene loss tends to be due to evaporation, and the evaporation rate decreases as the partial pressure of the terpenes inside the jar increases. By opening the jars more frequently, you'd lose flavor/aroma more quickly...but that sounds like a secondary consideration in your case.
There are a few ways to test if that's what your looking for to improve the high. You could just leave some test nugs in the air unjarred for a few days to a week. They'd dry out a bit, but if it improves the overall high for you, then you'd likely want to burp more often. If so, raising temps slightly and/or exposing to light could also improve the THC/CBN ratio quicker for you.
