Anyone using dry organic ammendments?

Just curious. I see this a lot on youtube and like the idea. I'm trying to come up with a plan to use myself.

I use down to earth dry amendments to top dress. I am in coast of maine stonington blend for soil. I top dress at the 4 week mark and usually every two weeks. Very simple set up

Used Dr. Earth's bud n bloom last grow....worked ok I guess in addition to Megacrop

Using Living Soils amendments in the UK. Still getting used to them but they have produced some absolutely amazing bud. I top dress every week but I think I'm going to experiment with this in the upcoming grows.

I use biobizz light mix. Most if not all dry amendments I've seen recommend a light mix.

I've been using Giagreen dry amendments for about a year now. I have some mixed feelings about it. The good, it's easy and I mean really f'ing easy. No mixing nutes up all the time and all that mess around. Just PH and water only. Really great if you have multiple plants in different stages. It will produce ok organic plants.

The bad, is it takes some time to learn how much to feed your plant. You might be able to get away with following a recipe on youtube but in my experience you can never get away with simply following another persons grow. I followed "mr.Canuks" grow to a T and I burned the hell out of my plants. It also produces plants that are quite a bit smaller than other cheap nutrients like megacrop or General Hydroponics. My yields are 25-50% lower going with the dry organic amendments.

In the end for me I've been continuing with it because I'm just growing for my wife and don't need a big yield. I grow 4 auto's in different stages so the no fuss of mixing separate nutes for each plant makes grow life EZ !
