are my plants too small?

hi all i know i stunned my plants with my hps light when vegging but my northern lights are only 7 inches tall and are 20 days old. should i panic now :jaw:

There not to bad for twenty days but I think there ready for a 1/4 dose of some veg nutes and they should pick up a lot.Make sure your PH is correct and you are watering the entire pot until you get some runoff.
