are some of my plants dead already? :(

i think i may have put some of the seeds to deep or its to hot cause i had to move soil from 2 of there heads and the look mangled compared too the other 3 can they get better or is that that? heres pictures of all 5 of my grows first ever grow! best pics i can do sorry lol

They look dry ... I put them about 1/4" below the soil and keep the area wet until they germinate ... hard to tell from the photos what you have ...
 
should i give them alot of water?
 
I spray the spot where I plant the seed w/ just enough water to keep it damp until the seed germinate ...
 
they are germinated now though? so how much water should i be giving them now lol
 
Assuming they are germinated I would give them enough water to keep the area where the seed is damp a couple inches down in the pot ... if they were germinated outside of soil and then placed in soil and allowed to dry out then they may have died ... I can't tell from your photos ...
 
Those are some really bad pictures ... on closer inspection it looks like you have at least one sprout above the soil ... gently water a spot about 2 " round ... if the soil is dry give each seedling about 1/2 cup of water ...
 
how often should i water them?
 
Haggis I think seedlings are meant too be kept damp and dry soil can seriously damage them. Don't quote me though as I'm a newbie here. Good luck sir
