This is for anyone who has experience growing Dinafem's auto white widow.
I am growing it in a 6.5L soil pot and it is currently at day 58 of flower.
The trichs are almost all cloudy with a few amber and some clear. the pistils have gone from white to orange to red and brown and the leave are yellowing.
I am growing an auto northern lights in hydro with it and that one is at 61 days but looks less developed than the soil white widow.
I don't want to let the white widow go too long but I am not familiar with this strain and was wondering if others with experience growing it in soil have any advice on the time it takes to mature for harvest.
The plant has the most delicious smell.
I started flushing it last Friday.
Any advice would be welcome about when to harvest.

It looks about ready to me. Giving it a few more days could only promote more bulking in the buds and a more stoney finished product. I would say you are just now at the beginning of the harvest window. from now til possibly 2-4 more weeks. its up to your personal preference.

Hey bro I've grown a number of Dinafem White Widow autos! On my first run with them I believe I harvested 79 days from germ, and on my last grow I harvest one around day 75 from germ and let another go almost another two full weeks for close to a 90 day finish. Cloudy with a high chance of amber meatballs! If you want to compare notes; here are the links to my first and second grows with them.

You're on the right track checking your trichs; that's usually a very good indicator. It's quite possible some phenos finish earlier than others, but just wanted to give you examples of how long I've let mine go. Killer smoke. It's one of my favorite strains for sure!

If you can; I'd suggest letting it go a little longer and see if it starts packing on weight. Very good looking buds bro! :slap:

EDIT* Even better idea; if you're okay with the idea, why not clip a small bud or two at this stage and let them dry and cure out. Check the trichs again in a week, then take another sample. This is a great way to find out what kind of feeling and effects a particular strain will have depending on when you harvest it.

I'd say give it at least another week or so of flush and see how she's thickening up. I've grown several other Dinafem strains (not WW) and found them to be fast finishers that don't amber up much.

Thanks everyone.
The plant is 81 days from germination today (feb25). The leaves are much more yellow today than when the photo was taken 4 days ago.
I like a good head stone over a heavy body stone but I don't want to diminish the full potency of the plant.
Should I be giving it water more often to help it bulk up or would keeping the soil moister at the end bother the roots?

Sweet dude now lets see some more picture! :Sharing One: Really nice job.
