Indoor Autofems growing very slow first few weeks

I only water that one every 3 days or so.......its a big pot
I mixed extra perlite in w soil and put smooth gravel in bottom about an inch up for drainage........

Plants this old sometimes I water once a week.
Depends of the plant needs, check the weight of the pot and compare dry and wet, see if it needs watering don't hang on to the schedule you need to accommodate to the plant needs. Not the other way around.
Don't get me wrong you doing awesome job, but every plant is different, just watch it carefully ....
