From the picture, it looks like only your first set has single leaves, and that's completely normal. That is a very healthy looking gal, and welcome to AFN!

To be honest, I don't even count the first set. I usually won't start feeding until at least 3 sets of full leaves

Sounds legit. I feed very light earlier, because my medium has no food. I switch up my game plan constantly though. Still trying to find my knack.

I'm under the impression, the "first set of true leaves" are the first set with 5 fingers.
