New Grower autolemon roots showing through bottom of airpot, should I be concerned?

OK so I messed up again!!! and overwatered my lemon skunk, she went pretty floppy for a few days, but has been perking up since then, however yesterday I notice all these roots pocking out the bottom of the pot - Im guessing this was an attempt to get more oxygen to the plant and not root lock (as she's only about 7inchs tall - the pots are 6 litre) although obviouly this is pure conjecture on my part! any advice will be mucho appriciated!

I guess the question is should I be concerned that roots are showing through this early - will it damage the plant ect

If you have a catch pan under the pot this will happen,espesially if yoy have alot of runoff that stays in the tray.Try and keep your runoff tray dryer. They really won't hurt anything so I would'nt worry to much.If the tray runs dry the roots will prune themselves like the rest of the pot.
