100-200L/H per 15L pot is recommended for air pump, right? More air (400L/H per pot) = bigger plant?

For 47L tank, can airstone be used? If not, how strong submersible pump should be? 200L/H, 400L/H?

I stopped using a submersible pump in my reservoir, because it kept kicking the pH and temperature up. Now I just stir my reservoir every time I check on the girls.

I see no need for a pump in there either. Your aerating the solution in the pot. A larger air pump when running 4 or more pots should work well.
