Lighting Bambud's next grow - Need advice on what LED to get

Looking at your pics, mine and others I swear the parts nearest to the reflective silver in the tent do quite a bit better than those near inlet screens or the door.

Makes sense really when you see how much cob reflector units can concentrate the power of the leds.

Any idea if HPS growers find this?

Not sure I quite get what you mean, the door of my tent is also made out of reflective material so I think it reflects it all pretty well from there, but I agree that the reflection is definitely much lower by the inlets, although not sure if i've noticed any dramatic difference though, as the LED beams are pretty concentrated so don't think the reflective material is even getting used a whole lot in my setup due to the lights being set up flat rather than with a cross beam.

HPS grows will definitely benefit more from the reflective material than LED ones, as the single light source depends greatly on it to reach the outer parts of the plant. Once my current NFT grow is done in a few weeks, im going to bring in my Super Cali Haze auto that i've got in my greenhouse outside, and will most definitely be getting on the cross-over beam action!

Anyways for a wee update, now been on GH's Ripen nutes for a few days, and have definitely noticed some bud swelling, more white pistils, as well as a few buds fox tailing (dont know if this is good or bad, but as far as I can tell more bud isnt too bad! Plus makes the buds look purdy :)). Resin content has also definitely increased, and buds are looking a fair amount frostier! Still using Budcandy and Terpinator, and plan to carry on using Terpinator right through flush.

The nice smell of the plants has come back thankfully, making me think i've not missed their window! :) I think they may have been locking out some of the nutes for a few days as my PH pen was a bit off, so have had to go back to using my old one and they have since looked and smelt happier for it. Some pics anyways, including my 2 little outdoorsies!

Sorry, it was just an observation, me writing my thoughts lol. I saw your pics, thought of the first grow I did and the NL Auto fighting for every inch of space at the back of the tent so my mind wandered to how I can use it to good effect!

Timberrr!!!

Chopped them on Wednesday (3 days ago), some very nice little buds if I may say so myself. Quantity will be no where near my last one pound plant, but nor was I trying for such a high quantity this time round. I was more focused on getting some smelly and tasty little compact buds compared to the huge colas I previously got. Although I've still to confirm this with my next grow, I Deff think having the LED too close to the canopy as I did for a long time, limited the amount of light the buds were receiving as well as allowing the spectrums to mix better

They've given some amazing colours though, one of them more than the other, with a sorta purplish tinge to the flowers.

My outdoor plants are doing very nicely too, I topped the bagseed (I think is strawberry Kush, but could also be a Thai strain, can anyone help me ID her?), has some beautiful fan leaves, and its quite strange when comparing to the Super cali haze which is a sativa, but actually has broader leaves than the bagseed, which if it truely is a Kush I would have expected the opposite?

Anyways sure hope this bagseed is a female, as it certainly is growing well. Soon as I've dried and jarred this Diesel C99, I'll put the Super cali haze under the LEDs and a slightly bigger pot to flower, and once I've flowered that out I'll put on the bagseed in considering its shown female sex by then!

Will give weights soon as I know, but I don't expect any more than maybe a couple of ounces per plant or so. Peace all :)
