Outdoor Barney's Auto Pineapple Express Beginner, Help urgent!

hey, im a complete beginner at growing
i've just ordered 5 auto barneys PE seeds
i plan to grow them completely outdoors,
im in karachi, pakistan so it mostly very sunny and warm for most of the year
problem is, there arent any nutes available here.
any advice, tips would be appreciated!

Do you have access to good potting soil?

Goat or horse manure?

Or just order nutes onlie, like you did with the seeds?
