New grower here trying to learn and have come across some confusing information that I need help understanding.
Firstly what order do you add nutrients? I've been reading some information that you don't add (XXX) to the mix first, you add it last because it will cause lockout. Is there a general rule of thumb like you always add the base nutrients first, then the additives?
Manufacturers who sell these nutrients and additives, do they specify on the labels the order in which you add their products? What about mixing products from different manufacturers?
This is my first time growing and my plants are flowering. Then I read about trichomes and these things called terpenes and how important they are for good aroma and good flavor. So I find some juice online that helps trichomes and terpenes to be better. Its basically sugars and carbs in liquid form, but its supposed to be the business boosting aromas and flavors.
But now after reading you can cause lockout by simply adding the wrong ingredient in the wrong order, I don't know what to think?
