Talking about seeds? I used alibongo and was no signature needed just waiting for me in my mail box less than two weeks from purchase.

I have used Sensible Seeds for every purchase but two.And never had to sign and did the Stealth shipping deals.I recieved all my orders.and their freebies are pretty fair IMHO.I live in the US as well.Eastern Seaboard.I used Amsterdam Marajuana Seeds as well.Never had an issue with them either but I hear some have.
