Extraction Best use for fresh frozen trim/buds

Hello all,

Normally I only use dry material of sugar trim and popcorn bud to make extracts from. Typically bho or bubble hash. Now a friend had several hundred grams of trim and popcorn/lower buds but this material has been freshly frozen.

I've never used fresh frozen material before and thought I would ask the community's advice on what is the best way to process this

My thinking is if there's 200g fresh frozen this would be around 50g of dry material? So my blast tube takes 50g per blast so with dry 1 fill with fresh frozen 200g I'll need to fill 4 x, use 4 x as much gas to only get the same results as if using dry?

I'm thinking maybe bubble hash could be the best option but I'm open to any and all advice

I put my first harvest trim fresh in the freezer, I'm going the bubble hash route, going to wash twice, and make butter with the trim after, I don't know how it's going to be, but that's what I'm going to try with mine, they say fresh frozen makes some really good bubble

so they werent dried at all? hmm,well unless its been freeze dried ,I would pull it to dry it completely. I read somewhere that when its not fully dry ,it can have a tendency do stay on the material more so than dried and frozen stuff.but if kept frozen for a week or what ever,IMO it should be fine. but it has to reach that dried texture. freeze dried is quite close to being dried. but for me I dont have enough first hand experience with bho quite yet LOL! hope it all works out for you Mark.

Whats up Bud Warrior..try some "live"eth extract..its goood..or like you said let em dry then blast em,save some time and money on the materials to do it..your options are open,just depends on what you really want to do....
