I've been making very small batches of BHO for a while, sometime with buds, sometimes with shake or trim or a combination. All the time I've been doing this, no one ever told me anything about freezing the herb and possibly the butane itself as well??
I currently have a tupperware container full of a mixture of semi-dry trim, and buds from a batch I procured that was alright, but just a lil below my standards for flower smoking.
From what I've been reading, I should get the trim all the way dry, grind (Or just crumble) everything I'm blasting and then freeze it? Freeze cans of butane too? I know there are a lot of different opinions/variations out there. I'm doing small runs, no fancy equipment or anything.. Just want to make sure I'm covering any easy/basic steps I could be taking to improve yield or quality.
