Hello

Was wondering when I place my seed in soil do I need a light or do I not need it until it pops up?.
 
you will need light, not powerful a small cfl will do, you can also use a heated mat to aid in germination too

They have germinated just waiting for them to brake soil but I didn't think I needed a light.
