Some background. Moving to a new state soon enough so I cannot mess with autos more before I get there. (Current grow is Nirvana Auto-Bubblicious)

Looking to grow 4 autos 2 pain relief/active and 2 pain relief/sleep (Had Knee reconstruction)
150w HPS/MH with CFLS to supplement as needed. However as ELE is 3x the cost here I do not want to put more than 100w more in the tent. May get a UFO to supplement. 6inch inline fan at 400cfm and a carbon scrubber.

This is going to be an Aerogarden using Lucas Formula as nutes.
phed to 5.9 going to be doing 18/6 as from what I understand the difference is not huge for the remaining 2 hours.

Pretty much my goal is 25gs-40gs per plant (As I am not using an insane amount of light)
Any advise on these strains would be great!

Also GREETINGS FROM /r/Microgrowery!

So AF.N! What advise do you have for this (Newish) grower.
There will also be a photoperiod tent in the house however it will not be mine, and will be my room mates.

Thanks!

Hey buddy! somehow it's always comforting knowing fellow redditors are around...

but as for your questions, here goes.

if you're worried about electrical costs, from the size of your bulb, I'm guessing your grow room is going to be something small, and that your fan is way too large for your needs. i'd recommend picking up a fan speed controller if you haven't yet. i'm not sure about the amount of electricity these fans can use up, but i'm sure it's no insignificant amount, plus with the amount of noise reduction you get with a controller, they're well worth the few bucks.

as far as lighting, led's seem like a very cost efficient solution these days, just make sure to do a little research before diving in, there seems to be a lot of shiesters around these days.

i've never done anything with aerogardens, nor read any grow logs, perhaps i'll go look this up now...

please pardon any incoherency, i may/may not have just smoked a bunch of jack herer.

tl;dr a fan controller and LED lighting are good ideas if you're worried about electricity costs, but do your homework first.
