bubblilicous not looking too bubbly

Having an issue with one of my bubbilicious plants. The plant in question was actually thriving imo during veg but when it pre-flowered it just didn't keep up. its day 60 now and probably too late but is there anything i can do to help it recover a bit? here's a pic of both plants same strain same conditions, same feed and water.

Same strain two totally different phenos. The first one looks great. The other looks hungry and like it's got a ways to go. What are you feeding them?

Check for bugs on the plant and in the soil.Have you ph'd your feed water? What nutes are you using and hoe often are you feeding?Have you been using cal/mag?

honestly its a pretty amateur setup. i use miracle grow at half strength, i don't know the pH cuz cheap pH meter gave out, so i just guesstimate the pH from previous grows. i use baking soda to neutralize my nutes. no cal/mag. haven't seen any signs of bugs.

also got a runt that didn't grow right from start of same strain in room and its doing well, along with a northern delight auto that looks fine. its just this 1 plant
