Hey guys, my 5 cents,
EGGS SHELLS, that is the best source of Ca out there (just pounder it up) if you don't have any cal mag supplements a viable in your area, so start collecting it in huge amounts. And as for Mg, Briman is right the key is Epsom salts it does miracles, I still use it along side by side with cal mag supplements
