Hey everybody, this is my first grow and my babies are 25 days old. I started noticing yellowing and browning at the tips of my leaves and I thought the problem was heat but I have fixed my heat problem and my tent stays around 75-79. I'm thinking that it is probably a deficiency in calcium or magnesium but I'm not 100% sure and I don't want to stunt the growth any by over nuting. I attached a picture below of one of them. Any info or feedback is appreciated. Thanks :peace:

Welcome to AFN. Looks more like the start of a P deficiency but could also be a nutrient lockout situation if your pH is off. Have you been pHing your feeds and checking the pH of your run off? If so, what have the readings been?

I had a ph problem the water I've been using is phed at 6.5 but the run off has been low around 4.5. I tried correcting the problem with a flush and returned the ph the about 6.3 for all of them.

Did you give them a light feeding after the flush? Flushing leaches all the nutrients from the soil so you need to replace them. 6.3 is perfect on the pH.

I haven't fed them anything since. What strength would you recommend? I have roots organic trinity and Buddha grow for veg nutes

Do you think half strength would be too strong?

Quarter strength should be good, see how they react and then up it to half the next feeding.

I have a calcium def on one of my plants, it's more like yellow/brown rust spots on them, that looks more like nute burn to me as its started at the tips?

I gave my girls a feeding a few hours ago with quarter strength nutes. They did start yellowing and browning at the tips here are a few more pics, one of the same girl and another one I have going
