I have not used any nutrients yet they are 20 days old didnt know if it's normal for the set of 3 leaves to fall off the rest of plant looks healthy green except those set of leaves are yellowing and 1 had brown specks on it

you need describe your setup, I think there is something to fill out on here... hard to know anything without knowing the all the details going on and your environment.

just a quick glance without knowing anything about medium or setup I can see you started with ph issues, that was cause more then likely of first falling off and is also seen on ends of lower set leaves, Then another thing I see is calmag def is starting also, that is reasoning for reddish on the leave stems... but you do need provide info about environment & setup for accurate help.

I am useing vermasoil in a 48x48x80 tent 2 600wt led I have only used tap water it's well water I left it in sun for 24 hours top off no nutrients yet. I have veg -bloom dirty I am going for all organic

Problem: yellowing leaves brown spots

Medium/grow method: organic soil 5 gallon fabric pots and 2 plastic 3 gallon pots

Feed: and supplements used: jus starting veg-bloom dirty , life, push

water source: tap well water

Strain/age: the flav. 20 days

light used: 2 600watt led

Climate:21.6c -23.6 c

Additional info humidity is 48-60%
Light schedule is 20 /4
The yellowing started yesterday and today I noticed the spots.

I ran Vermisoil last season-- good stuff! pH was good in the bag, nice quality,.. but it is mild vs. Vermifire! So, it looks like you need some mild feeds started; how evenly moist is that pot top to bottom? .. how far away are the lights?
....get an Accurate 8 pH soil probe for checking in-pot pH, this is critical for successful soil grows! Monitoring the pot pH and adjusting your feeds pH goes mile toward preventing off-pH problems down the road,... if you use organic nutes, no need to adjust the pH of the feed solution though,...

I just grabbed the veg-bloom life and veg bloom push to go with the veg bloom dirty have u tried any of these
