Can Anyone Identify This Bug?

Found it sitting on the outside of one of my plants 5 gallon pots inside my tent. Just poured fresh soil so I'm assuming it came out of the soil... still dont know what it is. Never seen one before.

Looks like a springtail. They're harmless.

that's a young (nymph) Silverfish,... not harmful at all,... they are part of a very ancient insect family, true relics!
