Hello! Im going to try my first clone growing. I see most people using rockwool for rooting process. I got rockwool but not premade type firm or solid. Can I make plastic glass type medium with rockwool? Or I welcome any other alternative.

I worked at a nursery one summer many many years ago and we used sand to make new clones. Just remember that too much sand will be super heavy when wet. Also, a dome, (to hold in moisture), and low light is an absolute must! When you see new growth, you know they are ready for transplant.
