Transplant to the final pot now.
Root down, with 2mm - 5mm of soil sprinkled on top of the seed. Keep a humidity dome over it, you can make a simple one from a cup.
Make sure the soil is watered nicely, and mist the soil every 12 hours. Allocate at least 5-7 days for the seedling to sprout from the soil.

The way i do it is water the soil (before) putting the seed inside, nicely drench the soil and leave it so excess water drips through the bottom of the pot. Then, make a nice hole with a pencil or your pinky in the place you want to plant your seed inside and lightly cover with soil. Then mist every 12-24 hours with 2-3 quick sprays from 1-2 inches above with your bottle. Some people say use light, some say don't. I personally, leave the lights on to provide extra heat for the new baby.
