Lighting Can someone help please

Hi i'm starting to invest in equipment for the winter grow indoors.
I found these on amazon and wondered if they are any good as I really don't understand about led spectrum's etc

I will be using a 1m by 1m by 1.6m tent

That would get you by for a single plant. You should check on ebay, you should be able to find a 150 watt or better for not much more than that price. Most of these companies have got the spectrum thing worked out not something to worry about in a low price light.

That is a low watt LED and it might work for one plant.Read our threads on led lighting and reviews to get a little more info.

There are a lot of amazing deals to be had for grow equipment on Amazon but IME, LED lights are not one of them. Check Ebay and post here before making a purchase and you will get some good guidance.
