Having just read Arty's post about proposed British legislation for legalization, based on getting UN treaties changed. A good first step in a campaign to influence the UN into ignoring the US and Canadian no grow policies, that favor the Big Business only approach, is to define a reasonable list of what we feel that we are entitled to to present to them with a million signature petition.
If we can influence their discussion away from dollars and cents and into the realm of a persons right to decide their own course, we will have won a huge victory against becoming merely consumers.
