Lighting CFL for vegetative state??

Hi every one,
I got i pineapple express with 2x50watt (white worm), I wonted to know if they are to low or I need more??
Please let me know :)

Hi Reptile

Are they 50w draw or 50w equivalent.

Warm White (orange) = 2700k which is flowering
Cool White (Blue) = 6500k which is vegging

you can use the warm white all the way through, although a mix of veg and flower would be better.

Ideally you'd like 50 (true) watts per square foot.

Judging by your picture - at the size of the plant, she should be happy with the two for now.
